About Colleen

Colleen has studied yoga since 1997. In 2002 she completed her teacher training with the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara. Her primary training is in Vinyasa Yoga, often called Flow Yoga, characterized by a continuous sequence of movements that can be taught in varying degrees of intensity. In addition to the more rigorous Vinyasa, Colleen teaches more gentle styles such as Restorative Yoga as well. With her passion for holistic wellness, Colleen also offers students a nutritional support program that includes education and inspiration for optimal health.

Colleen encourages students in a fun, light-hearted approach to challenge themselves while at the same time truly listening to their bodies. Her teaching style allows for the differences in each person’s pace, ability and body type while learning in a friendly and accepting atmosphere.
